Taking advantage of elderly and infirmed.
My 82yo father was scammed by these "publishers." They never delivered what was promised and continually asked him for money. In Aug.
2023 I became my father's POA and after no less than 5 calls in 2 days from "zach" I answered my dad's phone and informed them that not only was he in the hospital with heart failure but that there was no way that he would be paying any more money. I have blocked three phone numbers and yet they continue to call. They WILL NOT STOP!! THIS IS HARASSMENT!!
I have submitted a complaint to the state attorney general on my Dad's behalf and will continue to follow up and hope that I can save anyone the stress that they have given my father.
These people are liars and thieves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Preferred solution: I want them to stop contacting my Dad. I also want them to provide copies of the signed contract.

It was a long fight to get the interior correctly entered. They tried to COMPLETELY change my COVER, and I LOST MY MIND. They kept wringing $ out of me with EMPTY promises. NO royalties delivered.

Did nothing with my Book
I am the author of SCRAPPING WITH THE MOB www.scrappingwiththemob.com- Paid them $600+ dollars and they took my money and did nothing., Agreed to refund the money but did not and won't return my phone calls or answer my e-mails. Not satisfied with Go To Publish. Paid $593.00 for my book to be marketed since November 2021, but received no indication by email of the progress of the book, There is no indication of my book on Amazon.
I paid for an ebook of my book to be done, but no more information on its progress sent to me by email. I am uncomfortable with Go To Publish.

My Dad also been ripped off by many publishing firm. But now, were glad that even our dad passed away , we're still continuosly working on his book with the trusted people.
